The law firm of Clark Hill welcomes Lisa Wren, who joins the banking and finance practice group. She will serve clients out of Clark Hill’s Princeton, N.J., and Philadelphia offices. She represents financial institutions and corporations in a wide variety of commercial credit transactions including syndicated credit facilities, single-bank loans, asset based facilities, bond financings and commercial real estate loans. She was previously with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney in Princeton…Parker McCay in Mount Laurel, N.J., promotes counsel Jeffrey Winitsky. He concentrates his practice in public finance law and represents clients as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s/purchaser’s counsel for the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable municipal debt. He also represents participants (both public and private) in connection with project finance transactions, including project development, structuring and finance. Prior to joining Parker McCay in 2005, he was an associate with Kutak Rock in Denver, Colo.

Most recently an associate with Lopez McHugh in Moorestown, N.J., she focuses her work on defective drugs and medical devices, mass torts, medical malpractice, and other catastrophic personal injury…Tatyana Redko joins Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby as an associate in the firm’s Paramus, N.J., office. She will focus her practice in the area of workers’ compensation. Redko was previously at Celentano, Stadtmauer & Walentowicz in Clifton, N.J., where she represented medical providers and hospitals in Workers’ Compensation Court and Superior Court. Previously, she was a solo practitioner focusing on immigration.
