Epstein Becker & Green, a New York-based firm that already had a significant New Jersey presence going back to the 1980s, has brought aboard a 15-lawyer health care group from Newark’s Sills Cummis & Gross and opened a new office in Princeton, New Jersey.

The group—led by Gary Herschman, who was co-chair of Sills Cummis’ health care practice, as well as Anthony Argiropoulos, Anjana Patel and Jack Wenik—will be scattered among Epstein Becker’s Newark and New York offices, as well as its new office, in the Princeton Forrestal Village complex off of Route 1.
