The second-highest automobile injury award in 2014 was won by Andrew Fraser and Timothy Dinan, when a Sussex County jury awarded $19.3 million to a man who suffered spinal injuries when his motorcycle was hit by a pick-up truck.
The award was the highest ever in rural Sussex County, which has a reputation for conservative jury verdicts, according to Fraser.
