For many young attorneys, entrance into the legal industry is far from the ideal envisioned by America’s leading transcendentalist. Recent law school graduates continue to experience a challenging job market, resulting in many young attorneys practicing in areas and capacities they did not contemplate. At the same time, many young lawyers have significant law school debt to retire, which makes their employment much more about loan payments than the virtues of practicing law.
