Earlier this year, we asked law firms across the state to tell us what makes their litigation departments the best: the big victories and important cases that demonstrate why clients choose them when litigation is on the table.
The work submitted was done both in New Jersey and across the country. The key, though, was that it was done primarily by New Jersey lawyers, showcasing the talented litigators at work in the state. We had difficult decisions to make as we chose our winners, as it was a truly competitive field. A collection of senior editors and reporters on the Law Journal’s staff discussed and debated the submissions before ultimately selecting the winners.
