Atlantic City-based hotel and gaming resort Revel Casino Hotel has been sold for $82 million to Wellington, Florida-based real estate investor Glenn Straub and his business entity, Polo North Country Club Inc. The deal was approved by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Gloria Burns in Camden on April 6. Revel’s attorney was John K. Cunningham of White & Case‘s Miami and New York City offices. Freehold-based solo, Stuart Moskovitz, and Craig Galle of the Galle Law Group, also in Wellington, represented Straub.
NRT Acquires Coldwell Banker
Real estate brokerage firm NRT, a subsidiary of real estate holdings company Realogy Holdings Corp., both in Madison, on April 2 announced its acquisition of realty company Coldwell Banker United Realtors, with offices in Texas, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.
