Over her widely celebrated legal career that spans nearly four decades, Anita Hotchkiss has made a significant mark on the practice of law in New Jersey.

A true trailblazer, Anita began her career at a nationally recognized New York firm at a time when there were very few female attorneys. She went on to become one of New Jersey’s most accomplished trial lawyers, defending some of our state’s largest pharmaceutical companies and setting important precedent through securing one of the country’s first “junk science” dismissals on the basis of Daubert v. Merrell Dow. She has been invited into the highly exclusive Product Liability Advisory Council and Litigation Counsel of America, and she earned the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Dreier Award for Excellence in Product Liability Law. Medical Herald named her one of the nation’s 20 most influential women in health care.
