Stuart Pachman has played a pivotal role in drafting statutes governing business entities in the state of New Jersey during his years in the legal profession. Among his most notable professional accomplishments, in 2010, he received the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Distinguished Legislative Award for his “outstanding efforts in assisting the New Jersey State Bar Association to suggest and urge reforms in the law, aid in the administration of justice, and maintain the honor and integrity of the legal profession.”
He is the author of the book “Title 14A Corporations,” which has been recognized as an authority on corporate law in New Jersey. That text, and several of his law review articles, have been cited by the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division, as well as courts in other jurisdictions.
