Car rental company Avis Budget Group in Parsippany on April 30 announced it has purchased its remaining 50 percent stake in its Brazil licensee, which operates more than 50 locations, for about $40 million. It purchased its original 50 percent stake in 2013.
Acquisition for Peapack-Gladstone Bank
Bedminster-based bank holding group Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation announced on May 5 that its subsidiary, Peapack-Gladstone Bank, also in Bedminster, has acquired Wealth Management Consultants, a Morristown-based provider of financial management services.
