Kessler Foundation, a West Orange-based charity that works on behalf of people with disabilities, on May 12 announced it has acquired the ZeroG Gait and Balance Training System, a body-weight support system for physical rehabilitation patients, from physical therapy products manufacturer Aretech in Asburn, Virginia.
A&C Acquired by Universal Supply
Universal Supply Company, a supplier of building products in Hammonton, and a subsidiary of building supplies holdings company US LBM Holdings of Green Bay, Wisconsin, announced on May 12 its acquisition of Riverside-based construction tools distributor A&C Supply from former owner Fred Lindsay. Lindsay and current A&C employees will become part of Universal’s new Universal Fasteners division.
