Distributing Drama—A New Jersey-based nutritional supplement distributor has filed a lawsuit in California against now-defunct weight loss supplement manufacturer Sensa, alleging it was left with the responsibility to pay back consumers after Sensa’s collapse.

The suit, which was filed in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles on March 20, was announced May 5 in a press release from Nagel Rice in Roseland, which is representing Windmill Consumer Products in Fairfield.
