Steven Richman has joined Clark Hill as a partner in the litigation practice group. He is primarily based in the firm’s Princeton office but will also spend time in the firm’s Philadelphia location. He was previously at Duane Morris in Princeton. Richman practices in the areas of domestic and international commercial law, including mediation, litigation and arbitration, and appellate work, including distributorships, intellectual property, agency, art and photography law, professional responsibility and contracts. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Drew University in Madison. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and California.

He was previously a partner with Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman in Hackensack. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 1987. Anthony Marchese is an associate in the real estate, development and land use group and tax group. He was previously a partner at Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman in Hackensack. He earned his J.D. from Western New England School of Law in 1998. Chad Yablonsky is an associate with the firm’s corporate and securities group, and the real estate, development and land use group. He was previously an associate with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer in Woodbridge. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004.
