Marino v. Port Authority Trans-Hudson: A former employee of the Port Authority Trans-Hudson rail commuter line has accepted $1,565,811 as compensation for injuries he received when he slipped on a faulty ladder at a PATH repair yard in Jersey City.
Plaintiff Thomas Marino, now 51, of Rutherford, settled his suit against PATH on July 9 and received his settlement funds on July 23, according to one of his attorneys, Jaclyn Gannon, of Cerucci & Gunn in Shrewsbury.
