David Edelberg has joined the law firm of Sokol Behot. He is primarily based in the firm’s Hackensack office but will also spend time in the firm’s Princeton location. He was previously an equity partner at the law firm of Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman in Hackensack. Edelberg practices in the area of bankruptcy law and insolvency law. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.S. from Rutgers College. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Counsel

Morristown-based Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti welcomes back Richard Kielbania as counsel in the firm’s products liability group. He focuses his practice primarily on matters involving complex commercial litigation, including mass torts and products liability defense. Prior to his return to Riker Danzig, he was a partner at Parker Ibrahim & Berg in Somerset and a member of their commercial litigation group, consumer financial services litigation group and the insurance and reinsurance group. Kielbania received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000, then served as a judicial law clerk to Middlesex County Superior Court General Equity Judge Joseph C. Messina, from 2000-01.
