Kira Dabby has joined Archer & Greiner in the firm’s Red Bank office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of governmental affairs and complex commercial litigation. She has broad litigation, trial and arbitration experience in matters of employment law, whistleblower claims, professional liability, natural resource damages, products liability, mortgage fraud, reinsurance, defamation, fraud and complex business disputes. She has advised municipalities as well as clients in the professional service, chemical, insurance and food industries. Prior to joining Archer & Greiner, Dabby worked for 10 years at Latham & Watkins in Newark and New York City, where she defended and counseled corporate clients. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. She later served a judicial clerkship with the Justice Virginia Long, Associate Justice (ret.) of the Supreme Court of New Jersey…Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader in Rochelle Park welcomes Adrienne Isacoff. She was previously senior counsel at Lowenstein Sandler in Roseland. Isacoff is a seasoned construction law professional who brings decades of experience to the firm’s construction and public contracting group, where she will serve as a lead attorney focusing on public and commercial contracts, as well as on her active dispute resolution practice. In addition to her professional legal expertise, Adrienne serves as co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section.

Two Join Helmer Conley

Helmer, Conley and Kasselman welcomes Jack Lipari as of counsel and Michael Kiran as senior attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Lipari served for 25 years as an assistant prosecutor and chief assistant prosecutor with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. He will concentrate his practice in appellate and criminal matters, and will be working primarily out of the firm’s Somers Point office. Kiran has focused his practice in immigration law since 2005, initially practicing in a Philadelphia firm where he became a partner. He left that firm in 2011 to start his own firm in Delran, and is now merging his practice with Helmer Conley. Kiran will continue to focus on immigration matters and will work primarily out of the firm’s Willingboro office.
