Next year’s proposed attorney disciplinary budget projects a cash reserve that remains higher than authorities would like it to be, but attorney fee assessments are nonetheless slated to remain at their current level.
If the Oct. 9 proposal is approved, the majority of attorneys in New Jersey will be obligated to pay a $148 assessment for the third straight year.
