Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has reached a confidential settlement in a five-year-old suit brought by a man who claimed a defective tire caused an auto accident that left him paralyzed.
The settlement was reached Oct. 15, the second day of trial in Malik v. Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. Settlement terms were not disclosed.
