A New York-based real estate company bought a Bayonne apartment complex, renamed Harbor Pointe in Bayonne, for $147.5 million, it announced Oct. 26. Castle Lanterra Properties purchased the complex from a joint venture between an investment fund and large property manager.
Voorhees Town Center Sells for $13.4M
Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust of Philadelphiasold Voorhees Town Center after learning one of its anchor stores was closing, it was announced Oct. 28. The sale price of $13.4 million included credits granted to the unsolicited buyer. PREIT is also the owner of the Cherry Hill and Moorestown malls, as well as the Cumberland Mall in Vineland.
