A federal lawsuit recently filed against Reed Smith, by a paralegal claiming she was unjustly stripped of all billable work and subjected to other demerits, alleges discriminatory practices at the firm’s Princeton office.
The Nov. 16 suit by plaintiff La Mecia Ross-Tiggett claims she was arbitrarily placed on a performance-improvement plan, had billable work taken away from her and was subjected to retaliation when she complained to human resources staff.
