Five new lawyers, pictured above, have recently joined Hill Wallack in Princeton. Ozge Otarsi is an associate in the banking and financial services and creditors’ rights/bankruptcy practice groups. She has specialized knowledge in complex commercial acquisitions, dispositions and financial transactions, as well as residential purchase and sale transactions. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, she was with Frank J. Martone, P.C. Otarsi is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Allison Zangrilli is counsel in the real estate and eminent domain practice groups. She has extensive experience handling all aspects of a variety of real estate transactions, including contract drafting and negotiation, identifying and resolving complex title problems, and addressing financing issues. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, she was with Mason, Griffin & Pierson in Princeton. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey, the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the state of New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. Stephen Vitabile is an associate in the trial and insurance defense and community associations practice groups. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, he served as a law clerk to Judge Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, Superior Court of New Jersey, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, in Monmouth County, and as a judicial intern to President Judge Susan Peikes Gantman of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his B.S. from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the state of New Jersey and the District Court of New Jersey. Emily Santoro is an associate in the land use solutions practice group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of zoning and land use applications and disputes, affordable housing issues, and related litigation. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, Santoro served as a law clerk to Judge Richard S. Hoffman, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden and is a graduate of Cornell University. She is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. James Harry Oliverio is an associate in the firm’s trial and insurance defense and insurance coverage practice groups and the firm’s litigation division. He concentrates his practice on cases involving complex insurance coverage and contractual disputes. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, he served as a law clerk to Superior Court Judge Charles E. Powers Jr., Law Division, Bergen Vicinage. He earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and his B.A. from Providence College. Oliverio is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island.
