Technology solutions firm Ameri Holdings Inc. announced it has purchased Georgia-based Bellsoft, Inc., a technology consulting company for $5 million. Princeton-based Ameri said the acquisition would expand its service lines and overall presence in the Southeast.
Bard to Acquire Liberator Medical Holdings for $181M
C.R. Bard Inc., a medical technology manufacturer and developer based in Murray Hill, has agreed to acquire Liberator Medical Holdings, Inc. for $181 million. Liberator, a company that provides medical supplies based out of Florida, will help enhance Bard’s position in the U.S. home care market. The merger, which should close in the first quarter of 2016, will add about $70 million to Bard’s 2016 net sales.
