Post, Polak, Goodsell, MacNeill & Strauchler, a firm that’s existed in one form or another for nearly 45 years, has taken what appears to be the first step of a succession plan by shedding one of its practices.
As of Jan. 1, a five-lawyer medical malpractice group headed by name partner Jay Scott MacNeill and partner Lauren O’Neill is spinning off to form MacNeill, O’Neill & Riveles.
