Zuckerman has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, spin-off transactions, management buy-outs, business planning, banking and finance. Zuckerman’s M&A experience covers a broad number of industries including aviation, insurance and manufacturing. Zuckerman also has experience in business law, planning and negotiating business combinations, financial transactions, structuring and initial funding of business organizations, venture capital transactions, structuring employment relationships and private securities offerings.
Gibbons Promotes Government Affairs Lawyer
Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that Christine Stearns has been promoted to director in the firm’s government affairs department and will serve as administrative director of the firm’s Trenton office. Stearns joined Gibbons earlier this year during the expansion of the firm’s government affairs department and is also a member of the Healthcare Team. Stearns served as vice president of health & legal affairs for the New Jersey Business & Industry Association prior to joining Gibbons. She sits on several state boards that regulate various aspects of New Jersey’s health care system, including the Health Care Administration Board. She also serves on the board of Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice and the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute, a nonprofit foundation working to ensure quality, accountability and cost containment in New Jersey.
