After the much-awaited rebound in 2014, the mergers and acquisitions market in New Jersey stayed strong in 2015 with numerous strategic moves by corporations, the Law Journal’s annual survey found.

According to data provided by Thomson Retuers Financial, the 30 most valuable deals last year involving a New Jersey company on either the buy- or sell-side shot up to $336.7 billion—a near-doubling of the $169.1 billion total from 2014.
