A man who suffered back and shoulder injuries in a rear-end collision agreed to a $1.38 million settlement in his Union County suit, Greenwald v. Robinson, on Dec. 22.

Keith Greenwald was driving north on the Garden State Parkway near Cranford on Oct. 16, 2013, when he slowed down because of traffic and was struck by a vehicle driven by William Robinson and owned by Robinson’s employer, Science Care Inc. of Phoenix.
