Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust Inc. has purchased a new medical office building in Florham Park, it announced Jan. 12. The real estate investment trust said it paid about $45.6 million for the 100,000-square-foot building at 140 Park Ave., located in The Green at Florham Park office park, which is also home to the New York Jets’ headquarters.
Colorcon Inc. Inks Deal With Pharma Sugar Spheres Company
Colorcon Inc. said it has acquired the pharmaceutical sugar spheres business from Paulaur Corp., a Cranbury-based manufacturer of specialty sugar-based ingredients.
