A federal judge has refused to grant summary judgment in favor of the family of an intoxicated Warminster, Pennsylvania, man who fell to his death in an elevator shaft in the Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

U.S. District Judge Robert Kugler, sitting in Camden, said on Jan. 28 that since there were genuine issues of material fact over the casino’s possible liability in the death of the victim, Brian Harrison, he could not grant summary judgment in his family’s favor.
