A New Jersey attorney accusing his former partners at Zavodnick, Perlmutter & Boccia of unjustly ousting him from the firm has failed once again at keeping the dispute out of arbitration.
In a decision that is “but the most recent in a series of litigations by plaintiff against these same defendants,” the Appellate Division on Feb. 1 upheld dismissal of a complaint by Allen Zavodnick based on an arbitration provision in the firm’s operating agreement.
