A shopping center in Secaucus has been sold for $11.5 million, according to commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield. The firm said in a Jan. 19 news release that the 74,000-square-foot property at 55 Hartz Way was sold for about $155 per square foot. The nine-unit center is located within the Secaucus Outlet Center. The buyer and the seller were not disclosed.
Teaneck’s Phibro, Animal Vaccine Maker Deal Complete
Phibro Animal Health Corp. announced last week that it has completed its previously announced purchase of MVP Laboratories Inc. The Teaneck-based maker of animal health products said earlier this month that it was acquiring the Nebraska-based maker of livestock vaccine products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
