Family Food Feud—A dispute between members of the family operating the Tony Luke’s cheesesteak chain has triggered a pair of lawsuits.
A company controlled by the chain’s founder, Tony Lucidonio, filed suit Feb. 28 in Gloucester County Superior Court against a company under part ownership by his son, Tony Lucidonio Jr. On March 1, the younger Lucidonio’s company filed a suit in federal court in Camden against both his father and his brother, Nicky Lucidonio.
