The Rotuba Extruders Inc., a manufacturer of lighting sheets and profiles in Linden, is selling its sheet business to Plaskolite LLC, a Columbus, Ohio-based manufacturer of acrylic sheet products. According to release, Plaskolite will incorporate Rotuba’s products into its offerings and begin manufacturing them in their two facilities.
Savoy Acquires Health Insurance Associates
Florham Park-based Savoy, a general agency for health benefits and services, announced last week that it has acquired Health Insurance Associates. The purchase will combine Savoy’s products and resources and HIA’s position as an insurance agency in Delaware. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
