Years into the real estate market recovery, practice leaders at New Jersey firms and offices say they’re particularly busy of late, thanks to changing housing and commercial needs.

Those factors in some cases seem to be cultural—younger generations’ penchant for online shopping and city-style living, for instance. The economy is of obvious importance, too, as younger members of the workforce rent for longer as they struggle to accumulate sufficient cash for down payments.
