Melissa Miele Bracuti focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, probate proceedings, including guardianship proceedings, disability planning and special needs trusts, family business succession planning and premarital agreements. Prior to entering private practice, se served as a law clerk to Essex County Superior Court JudgePeter Cooper, Chancery Division, Probate Part. She is a 1999 graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston, Mass., where she served as a case and Note Editor of the New England Law Review. Bracuti earned her B.A. in 1996 from Montclair State University. She was recently selected by the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association to serve as a delegate to the New Jersey State Bar Association’s General Council. Kelley Hastie concentrates her practice in litigation with an emphasis on complex insurance coverage issues and also has experience in complex commercial and employment matters. She is a 2006 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. She earned her B.S. in 2000 from Johnson and Wales University, where she was a member of the Culinary Honors Program. Megan Halverson Trexler concentrates her practice in litigation, with an emphasis on professional malpractice defense and employment law. She also has experience in many aspects of commercial and business-related litigation. Prior to entering private practice, she served as a law clerk to Morris County Superior Court Judge Michael Paul Wright, Law Division, for the 2007-08 term. She is a 2007 graduate of Rutgers Law School -Newark, where she served as Articles Editor of the Business Law Journal and was Treasurer of the Law School Running Club. She earned her B.A. from Rutgers College in 2002, where she was active in student government. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association as well as the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.
