A Seattle law firm has filed its third suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey claiming Mercedes-Benz falsely represented its diesel-powered vehicles as nonpolluting.

Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro filed a putative class action, Caputo v. Mercedes-Benz USA, April 7 on behalf of owners of BlueTEC diesel vehicles the company sold in New Jersey and 16 other states.
