Eric MelzerRoy Thibodaux III

Roseland’s Berkowitz, Lichtstein, Kuritsky, Giasullo & Gross has named two new partners. Eric Melzer was formerly a partner at Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis. Melzer has been practicing for over 20 years and handles all aspects of corporate transactions ranging from small family-owned businesses to multimillion-dollar corporate transactions. Earlier in his career, he served as an assistant district attorney in Kings County, New York. Roy “Jay” Thibodaux III was an associate with the firm prior to being named partner. He handles commercial and personal injury litigation. As a part of the firm’s litigation group, he represents the firm’s individual and corporate clients in a wide range of cases. Thibodaux has prosecuted and defended a variety of litigation matters, including those involving estate and trust administration, the appointment of fiduciaries and breach of contract, in both New Jersey State and Federal Courts.
