Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. has agreed to purchase a Princeton-based dermo-cosmetics company, it announced April 26. The Skillman-based consumer product company said it has a deal to buy NeoStrata Company Inc., including its affiliates and parent company, the privately held TriStrata Incorporated. NeoStrata develops and markets skin care and anti-aging beauty products. Financial terms were not disclosed. It is expected to close in the first half of the year.
Components Company Sold To North Carolina Firm
A Sparta supplier of hygienic gaskets, hoses and fittings has been acquired by a North Carolina maker of engineered industrial products, the company said last week. EnPro Industries Inc., based in Charlotte, is buying privately held Rubber Fab Gasket & Molding Inc. for an undisclosed amount. The cash deal was expected to close April 29. The addition of Rubber Fab, which has about 40 employees and revenue of approximately $17 million, will expand EnPro’s Garlock companies, which supplies high-performance sealing and fluid handling products to the chemical, power generation and oil and gas markets.
