A man injured in an accident that occurred when another motorist allegedly fell asleep at the wheel settled his Middlesex County suit, Henriques v. Juarabe-Grajales, for $1.3 million on April 4.

In November 2012, Luis Henriques was stopped at a red light on U.S. 1 North in Woodbridge when Luis Juarabe-Grajales struck a vehicle, which in turn struck Henriques’ from behind, according to Henriques’ lawyer, Jon-Henry Barr, of J.H. Barr & Associates in Clark.
