A Guttenberg couple will receive $3.7 million as compensation in their Hudson County suit, Fauerbach v. Mata, for injuries they sustained when their car was struck by another.
Plaintiffs Francisca Fauerbach, now 51, and her husband, Edward Fauerbach, now 63, agreed to the settlement with AMTrust North America, the carrier for defendant Honda of Manhattan, on April 11, said one of the couple’s attorneys, Paige Butler.
