For Budd Larner managing partner Mitchell Rait, it appears the 10th time was the charm in recruiting former colleague Dominick Bratti.
The invitations came annually as Rait and Bratti—once fellow associates at labor and employment firm Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman—saw each other at State Bar holiday events, and 2016 proved to be the year that Budd Larner would launch a dedicated practice group.
