Scarinci Hollenbeck has acquired a five-lawyer intellectual property and entertainment law firm, and in the process brought aboard a lawyer who now helps lead both groups at the firm.
Scarinci Hollenbeck took on the five lawyers comprising Bienstock & Michael of Hackensack, the Lyndhurst-based firm announced May 18.
