The New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee on May 23 recommended tenure for six Superior Court judges and an Appellate Division judge, but held the tenure nomination of Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Paul Escandon over complaints about two of his custody rulings.
The Superior Court tenure nominees are Margaret Foti and Ronny Jo Siegal of Bergen County, Catherine Enright and Maryann Nergaard of Morris County, Carolyn Wright of Essex County and Colleen Flynn of Middlesex County
