The June edition of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s bi-monthly magazine takes on an issue of interest to every attorney—professional malpractice. A total of 11 articles, covering a range of topics surrounding the issue, will be published in the award-winning New Jersey Lawyer magazine.

“Virtually every aspect of today’s law practice has professional malpractice risks. Everything from how the law firm is organized to the manner in which the firm maintains its electronic and paper files has to be analyzed in order to minimize liability risks and achieve optimum protection under professional liability insurance,” write Lisa Trembly and Brian Molloy, the two attorneys who served as special editors of the edition. “The focus of this issue of New Jersey Lawyer is to present a variety of articles examining professional malpractice risks and potential claims, and some helpful suggestions on how to address these issues.”
