Bridgewater-based Norris McLaughlin & Marcus welcomed three new associates: Elizabeth Candido Petite, Eleanor Lipsky and Michael Locke. Petite joins the estate planning and administration group while Lipsky and Locke join the firm’s litigation group. Petite is experienced in preparing wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives for health care, and other estate planning documents. She is also experienced in elder law and special needs planning. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with Schiff Hardin in its New York office. She earned her LL.M in 2011 and her J.D., cum laude, in 2010 from New York Law School. Lipsky has experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, employment discrimination, civil fraud claims, and insurance coverage disputes, in both federal and state courts. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Pashman Stein in Hackensack, where she specialized in commercial litigation. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2013. Locke joins the firm after three years with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General as a Deputy Attorney General. He earned his J.D. in 2013, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations.

Krohn Joins Archer & Greiner

Lauren Krohn has joined Archer & Greiner as an associate in the firm’s Haddonfield office. Lauren specializes in the practice of corporate law and business counseling. She provides a full range of services to business clients, including general corporate representation and contract negotiation, the formation and structure of business entities and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings of both a private and public nature, including municipal bonds. Prior to joining Archer & Greiner, Lauren was a judicial law clerk to Judge David M. Ragonese, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, and her Bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Delaware. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
