Supreme Court Gets Briefs on Real Estate Contract Delivery Method of Termination Dispute
The NJSBA submitted its amicus curiae brief urging the Supreme Court to uphold the Appellate Division’s ruling last fall in Conley v. Guerrero, Docket No. A-3796-13T2, holding that an emailed notice received by all parties constitutes substantial compliance with the prescribed delivery methods under the attorney review clause. The brief was authored by Brad Batcha, Stuart Lieberman, Michael Sinkevitch and Heather Suarez.
