The NJSBA’s Municipal Court Practice Section Subcommittee on Judicial Independence in the Municipal Courts is seeking information from members of the bar, the Judiciary and the public about how to enhance the operation of the municipal courts and ensure the independence and uniformity of municipal courts in this state.
