Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader welcomes Reginald Jenkins Jr., who has joined the firm’s Rochelle Park office as a partner. He has more than two decades of experience in the areas of redevelopment, real estate, land use and zoning. He focuses his practice on counseling public and commercial clients in all aspects of mortgage lending, commercial lending, property acquisitions and sales, leasing, redevelopment, real estate, land use and zoning, post-approval compliance, leasing, and construction. He received his bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and is admitted to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, and U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman in Morristown promotes John McKeague, Ph.D., and Brian Sharkey to partner, and promotes B. Dell Chism and Kelly Curtin to counsel. McKeague joined Porzio as counsel in 2014 and is a member of the firm’s intellectual property department. He holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology, and helps clients protect and enforce their intellectual property rights. He applies his knowledge of technology and the law to obtain broad patent protection for their innovative products. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his Ph.D. from the University of Ulster at Coleraine, Northern Ireland, U.K. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in the state of Virginia. His practice is limited to federal courts and agencies. Sharkey joined Porzio as an associate in 2001 and is a member of the firm’s life sciences practice group and vice president of Porzio Life Sciences, a subsidiary of the firm. He counsels life sciences companies on a variety of compliance-related issues, most significantly those relating to ex-U.S. marketing disclosure and gift limitation laws and industry codes. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Chism joined Porzio as an associate in 2014. He is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications in the chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields. Chism earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2008. He is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., Virginia and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Curtin joined Porzio as an associate in 2009, and currently concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, financial restructuring, debtor-creditor relations and commercial litigation. She earned her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 2009. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey; New York; U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
