McCarter & English, whose post-recession leadership oversaw some challenging times as well as a record revenue year in 2015, is set to install a new managing partner this fall.
Joseph Boccassini, a partner in the firm’s business litigation group and a member of the executive committee, was elected managing partner and is slated to take the post on Oct. 1, the Newark-based firm confirmed.
