Honeywell has agreed to purchase Intelligrated for $1.5 billion. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the third quarter, according to the two companies. Upon approval, Intelligrated, a supply chain and warehouse automation company, will become part of Sensing and Productivity Solutions in Honeywell’s Automation and Control Solutions business. Intelligrated posted 2016 sales of approximately $900 million. Intelligrated, which is headquartered in Mason, Ohio, currently has over 3,100 employees in various manufacturing and regional offices across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and China.

American Realty Advisors Acquired Class A Office Asset in Jersey City for $101M

American Realty Advisors announced it has acquired a Class A office asset in Jersey City for $101 million. The property is a 315,385-square-foot office tower situated on the Hudson Waterfront submarket, according to American. The building is currently 72 percent leased with 46 tenants, American said.
