On June 18, in Morris Township, the Morris County Bar Foundation, with the assistance of Emerald Financial, donated 141 brand-new bicycles, helmets and bike locks to 141 children from the Neighborhood House (kindergarten through the 5th grade). For many of the children, this was the first bicycle that they had ever received and owned. There was a safety demonstration by the Morris Township Police Department. Atlantic Heath Care—which donated the helmets—insured proper fitting, all the while a DJ played great music.
