Parker McCay welcomes Tama Hughes, who joins the firm as counsel in the corporate law practice group. She will be based in the firm’s Atlantic City office. She most recently served as vice president and corporate counsel for Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City, where she had overall responsibility for complex, multidisciplinary legal matters. She is a former deputy attorney general for the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, as well as a former assistant prosecutor for Cape May County. She earned her law degree at Widener University School of Law. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Casino Section.
McEwan Joins Day Pitney, Bolstering Trusts and Estates Practice
Day Pitney welcomes Angela Titus McEwan, who has joined the firm as a partner in the trusts and estates practice in the Parsippany office. She joins from Archer & Greiner in Haddonfield. Titus specializes in trust and estate planning, administration and litigation. Her experience includes business planning, lifetime giving, charitable giving, taxation, and related matters. She also represents a diverse array of clients, including single individuals, families with young children, same-sex couples, families preparing for retirement, closely-held businesses, doctors, CEOs and other professionals, individuals with special needs, and fiduciaries managing all aspects of trust and estate administration. Titus earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and her B.S., summa cum laude, from Trenton State College.
